The service here was INCREDIBLE! The staff were so attentive and kept us well looked after. The owner overheard me saying that I was thinking of trying something new and came straight over to find me a recommendation (which was excellent). The food was amazing and came very quickly. I didn't book. Just a table for one. I had starter and a main. Beer was lovely, food was VERY good, and their service was spotless. I could not get over how cheap it was. The place was gully booked, which tells me they are doing something right. I highly recommend this resturant. I will definitely be back, and I can't wait. Thank you :)

Popped in by chance (after finding another Indian restaurant far too noisy to eat comfortably). Bay Leaf accommodated us with impeccable service. Food was delicious - we chose from meat and veggie options, with generous potion sizes. And reasonably priced! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. 5/5

Deva good! A really classy little Indian cuisine restaurant. Easily found on walkable High Street. We arrived early for dinner midweek so no reservations were required. Service was friendly and prompt. The food, the food, the food!!! OMG, did I say how good the food is?? We were only in Southampton for two days and we went here twice! Went here with a friend today. We loved the papadums, malai kofta, jeera rice, and garlic naan . She enjoyed the non vegetarian options too.
